Rosacea is not a fun skin issue to have. Finding the right products for your skin are hard to find. Everyone talks about how retinol, glycolic, vitamin c, other harsh ingredients are so great for the skin. I do think they are great but for the right skin type. Rosacea skin needs tender care.

So the first tip is no harsh ingredients. No scrubs on the skin. Calming, soothing ingredients are best for the skin.

Second tip Oatmeal has a great calming and soothing properties. You can find great recipes for an oatmeal masque on pintrest or just by googling it.

Sulfur is a great product for rosacea a few days before an event. This helps with inflammation in the skin.

Last tip is finding the right peptide for your skin. Peptides can help with different things. I know of some for anti aging and some for coloration, some mimic retinol without feeling like retinol and causing the flair up.
